Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. The Operator

The operator of personal data to whom this consent is given is ALFADISK LLC (hereinafter, the “Operator”), entered in the register of personal data operators maintained by Roskomnadzor.

This document is the text of the consent that a user of the astrolabs.ru website gives to the Operator by ticking the consent box when submitting the request form on the Contact page, in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

2. Who gives this consent

The consent is given by the natural person (the data subject) who has completed and submitted the request form on the astrolabs.ru website, freely, of their own volition and in their own interest, acting either on their own behalf or as the contact person for the organisation they represent.

3. What data is processed

This consent extends to the following personal data entered by the user in the request form:

• Name — as given by the user;
• Company name — if provided;
• Contact details — phone, email or messenger handle, in free form;
• Message — the description of the task submitted by the user.

The Operator additionally processes technical details of the request (IP address, date and time of the enquiry, browser User-Agent) recorded automatically on submission, for the purpose of protecting the form against automated abuse.

4. What is done with the data

Consent is given for the Operator to carry out the following operations on the personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, rectification (updating, amendment), retrieval, use, transfer (provision of, and access to, the data), anonymisation, blocking, erasure and destruction — whether or not by automated means.

5. Purpose of processing

Personal data is processed solely for the purposes of contacting the user about their enquiry, answering their question, preparing a commercial proposal for the task described and any subsequent dealings arising from it. A full description of the purposes and legal bases of processing is set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

6. How long this consent lasts

This consent takes effect when the request form is submitted and remains in force for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, and in any event for no longer than 3 (three) years from the date of last contact with the user, unless the law provides otherwise, or until the user withdraws it in the manner described in section 7.

7. How to withdraw consent

The user has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a written request to the email address given in the “Contact for enquiries” section, with the subject line “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data” and details sufficient to identify the original enquiry (the name and contact details given in the form). On receipt of the withdrawal the Operator will cease processing and destroy the user's personal data within the period prescribed by law, except where further processing remains necessary on grounds provided for by law.

9. Language and governing version

This English text is provided for convenience only. The Russian version of this consent is the original and the sole legally binding text — it is the wording the user actually agrees to when ticking the box in the form. In the event of any discrepancy, ambiguity or difference of interpretation between the two, the Russian version prevails. This consent is governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
