Marketplace trading CRM

The operational backbone we trade on ourselves

A multi-tenant system for a seller working across several marketplaces and their own online store at the same time. Around fifteen modules cover the product's journey from purchase order to buyer review. An AI copilot prompts the operators but is never allowed to invent a price, a dimension or a deadline — only system data.

Financial-report reconciliation against the marketplace dashboard closes at 0.00 ₽, order-status sync at 938 of 938, and 30 days of advertising statistics recovered where there used to be zeros.

Secure corporate messenger

Communication that runs on your own server

A self-hosted messenger for companies that cannot run work conversations through public services. It deploys on your own server, access is invite-only, and one-to-one calls travel directly between devices. It ships with an AI assistant that works on your data; which model provider is used and what data reaches it are fixed in the contract, and a fully local model is a separate configuration.

Version 1.0.0 running inside our own perimeter since April 2026; a cross-vendor review closed 32 defects, 12 of them critical.

  • Encrypted messaging and two-factor authentication
  • Invite-only access, no open registration
  • Calls: one-to-one peer to peer, groups of up to 5 through our own media server
  • Runs in the browser on any platform — no per-device installation required
Subscription

Yes, for as long as we operate the environment: security updates, certificates, the media server and restore testing are work that does not end with the rollout. If you take the system over in full, source code and rights included, the subscription is optional — you run it yourself from then on.

Infrastructure and deployment

The reason production doesn't fall over on a Friday

Our internal operations standard, which we also roll out on client projects. It is deliberately boring: releases are predictable and a rollback takes minutes rather than a night.

A case in point: a self-reproducing ownership drift in a shared repository was eliminated — 1852 wrongly owned objects brought to zero without pausing releases.

  • Migrations rehearsed on a restored database copy before they ever touch production
  • Automated backups with regular restore testing — an untested backup is not a backup
