Timelines are indicative, based on our completed projects; the binding timeline is fixed in the contract after discovery. The prices below are our list prices — we do not work below list, and the final figure is fixed in the specification after the discovery audit. This page is not a public offer.

How we price the work

Our price list is public. Every line carries a price, a timeline, a payment schedule and a written list of what it does not include — so nothing turns up as an extra halfway through.

All prices are quoted in Russian roubles net of VAT; the figure in brackets includes Russian VAT at 22%. Contracts and invoices are issued by ALFADISK LLC, which operates under the general tax regime, so the VAT is stated separately on every invoice and is recoverable by clients who are themselves registered VAT payers.

Process discovery audit

We start with discovery, not with a rollout. You get a deliverable you own outright: a register of your processes with a price tag on each one, plus a technical specification. Take it to us, to another vendor, or to your in-house team. The full cost of the audit is credited against the implementation that follows.

Why it is paid when others offer a free prototype in two days. A free survey pays for itself in one way only: it steers you into an implementation with whoever ran it, and its conclusions cannot be checked by a third party. You pay for our audit and you own it outright — it works equally well for our own quote, for a competitive tender, or for turning us down. The initial breakdown of your process on the first call is free and commits you to nothing; money enters the picture where the document does.

Not “support on request” but operations: monitoring, model and integration upgrades, verified restore-from-backup drills, and a contractual response time.

What is included

  • Monitoring of the system and of answer-quality metrics

  • New features and new integrations — quoted as a separate specification
  • Provider invoices for infrastructure and models
  • Maintaining code we did not write and did not formally take over
  • Round-the-clock cover: response time is Moscow business hours unless the contract says otherwise

Why there will be no hidden extras

The “what is not included” lists above are part of the price list, not small print. Every proposal repeats them line by line against your own process: the work this price does not cover and that will never appear on an invoice after the fact. Any expansion of scope is agreed as a separate specification with its own price — before the work starts, not after.
