The breakdown of your process and our assessment are free and commit you to nothing. The demo on your own data is agreed separately — its scope and timing are settled in that conversation, whereas the audit ends in documents, not in a running system. Paying only makes sense at the next step: in 5–10 business days of audit you get a register of your processes with a price tag on each one, plus a technical specification. These are deliverables you own outright: take them to us, to another vendor, or to your in-house team. The cost of the audit is taken into account when you move on to implementation — you never pay twice for the same discovery.
What the audit costs depends on the number of processes and the state of your systems — we name the figure after a short call, within one business day, and fix it in the contract together with the written “what is not included” list. See what our packages of work include.
